"If you are looking to do any special event, get great food, great flowers, professional personal service, and support  a local business, go to Millcroft Catering.  Tara was amazing through the whole wedding planning process and accommodated multiple date changes due to the pandemic. Tara was a delight to deal with and made everything extremely easy for us. Tara even coordinated with our family and friends to have a drive by parade in the parking lot for those who couldn't attend the ceremony.  From the first time we contacted them, through the tasting (amazing food - get the apple blossoms) and the planning and the re-planning, Tara and her staff were so amazing and helpful.  They made everything really easy to understand and prepare for.  Their services are both high quality and affordable and I've never had better food at a wedding (our kids ate everything on their plates).   

Our wedding date was fast approaching, and our original caterer was no longer able to cater. We reached out to the Millcroft team and they graciously accepted with less than 2 months to go to our day.

From that moment on, Kirstie and the team were extremely professional, courteous, understanding, accommodating and instantly responsive. It was a stressful situation for us, but they did everything to ensure we would get exactly what we wanted; from tweaks to the menu, to the customized mains, to even the type of bread served, to food restrictions, to table layouts, and all that despite even the challenges of last minute planning.

The wedding day arrived and I am still amazed and shocked. Our dream venue was logistically a challenge for any caterer. The kitchen was about 200 feet from the tent, the ice was 300 feet from the kitchen, and so on. They knew exactly what to do, and had it all mapped out. It was one clever solution after another that left my jaw dropped.

How can a caterer bring out warm food to 145 people in a timely manner when the kitchen is 200 feet away? And have the pasta be perfectly al dente? And have a steak cooked medium-rare to perfection and at the exact right temperature, not under the extremes of a heat lamp? Somehow, someway they delivered on all of that, in what can only be described as a perfectly orchestrated ballet of a service.

Our event was a success because of their hard work, experience, profesionalism and dedication. Not only did they save the day, but it is largely because of them that we had the perfect day. Not a single guest held back their compliments on the food.

I hope, by now, you are convinced you don't need to look any further. Kirstie and the team are exactly what you need. I will certainly be calling them back for all my future events, without hesitation or second thought. If I could give 10 stars, it would still be too few for Millcroft.
